Affirmations

Affirmations are goals that, when imagined, visualized and believed in, do come true! They are the recognition of your rights and your claim on them. Affirmations give you permission to grow, to change, to move up and create a better life. They are a means of freeing yourself from others' opinions, feelings and beliefs about you. Affirmations are positive, self-talk you give yourself to counter your negative self-talk. They are healing.


Affirmations of self-belief start with I AM, I CAN or I WILL.


I AM... a statement of the person that you are.

These are positive affirmations of the "real you" that exists inside.

Write your affirmations on 3X5 cards and post them on the mirror in your bathroom, on the refrigerator, the back of the door, in your wallet, brief case, near your telephone, in your book or any place that you will see them. Recite your affirmations everyday. You can do what you set your mind to believe you can do.
